Back to the "Patch"

It's that time of year again. The time when those orange orbs start dominating the landscape. What orange orbs are those, you ask? Why, pumpkins, of course. And just like the last 5 years we headed over to the Miller Farm pumpkin patch to see what's growing. Unlike other years, though, our first trip to the patch was mid-week and we weren't with Steve. Instead, we made our first
venture into the patch wi
th Wesley's good friend, Jack, his mom, Kim and his baby brother or sister who should be arriving in a few short weeks. It was a beautiful day but because it was a Thursday, no hay rides. Guess we'll have to come back on a weekend. It didn't matter to the boys, though. They spent the majority of our time there trying to feed Champ, the horse, apples. It was quite entertaining.
